Hi, I’m Mikki!

I'm a photographer based in the Hudson Valley — born and raised here, always surrounded by the river, wild gardens, and skies full of stars. I’ve been into photography since middle school, learning film in the darkroom and figuring out the rest on my own, one photo at a time.

My style is dreamy, a little cinematic, and sometimes dramatic — I love working with natural light, chasing early morning golden hours or staying up late to shoot under the stars. I’m always after real moments and honest emotion: the kind of laughter, quiet smiles, and fleeting bits of beauty you can feel but can’t always put into words.

For me, picking up my camera is all about freezing a moment — those once-in-a-lifetime seconds or everyday magic that’s just too good to keep to myself. I hope my photos help people pause, look a little closer, and maybe see something they’d usually miss. Or maybe they’ll see the world the way I see it — all its hidden beauty, all the little things worth noticing.

Most of my work is personal, but I’m opening up commissions to capture other people’s special moments too. I’m up for travel (depending on distance and cost), events, portraits, couples shoots, cosplay, theatre — honestly, whatever we can dream up together. I’ve always wanted to do some wild shoots, so try me. I’m game.
